Also like you and many others, I have this same problem. I already sent prints and videos more than 1 day ago. I didn't get any response. I have already sent email, chat and here. But no response.
I wonder when will they fix it?
I'm sorry for such a late reply. We have just released a fix for blog articles that should hopefully resolve this issue.
