I'm trying to log in after clearing all my cookies, but the new email verification never arrives. I've tried after an hour, and even after days, but I doesn't work. I never get the verification email, not even in spam. I have contacted support through the website, but no response either after more than three weeks. Also the chat doesn't work no matter what browser I use. I'm guessing there must be some deliverability issues. For some reason I can log in here, but not on the actual platform to use it.
