Dear Shopia Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue I am experiencing with the monthly credits on my Shopia account. According to my records, my credits were renewed 10 days ago, yet I have not generated any texts since then and it appears as though all my credits have been used up.
This is unexpected, as I have not used my account since the last credit renewal. Therefore, I should still have the full amount of monthly credits available. Here are the details of my account for your reference:

I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this issue as soon as possible and provide a resolution. I rely on Shopia for my content creation and this situation significantly hinders my work.
